Agree 100 % with Canuck! DM is just that -- A decision! Which can be a positive decision or a negative decision. That was very careless of sohaib1 to suggest that DM only meant a positive response.

Usually they do say if it has been refused, they say Decision Made: your application has been refused they do let you know. If they write decision made it means you are approved

COMPLETELY WRONG. Decision Made DOES NOT MEAN APPROVAL and ECAS doesn't state if it is an approval or refusal. Many applicants get DM and then get a refusal letter.
