Hello everyone,
Hopefully anyone can help me about my sponsorship.
I got married on june 16 2012 in the philippines im a canadian citizen
And my husband is filipino i have some questions to ask weve been
Waiting for our marriage certificate and finally were getting it on the 12 of sept 2012
It took that long to wait for that certificate from the Main Nso in the philippines
So now his going to have his medical this coming friday. On our application should i use
His last name or my last name? ANd on the medical paper it says which visa office should it be.
Nd theres also question about the 9 recent photos accompanying or non accompanying
Should i also get a police clearance here in canada?

If you have not changed your last name yet and all your identification i.e. passport are in your previous surname then use that.......I think the VO for the Philippines is Manilla but double check that on the CIC website..I will find the link and post after this......the police certificate is for your husband and he will need one from the phillipines....you do not need one as a canadian citizen as long as you are residing in Canada....check the medical form and the region specific form for how many pictures are needed...usually 4-5 for the medical and anywhere from 4-8 for region specific.....
