I have just received my PR and I will be landing in Canada in February. I am planning to return back in March after receiving my PR card to get married to my boyfriend. I will sponsor his PR once I return back to Canada. However, my boyfriend has tried getting TRV/Tourist Visa twice before and it was refused. I am worried, can his TRV refusal negatively impact the spouse sponsorship visa in anyway?
Our relationship is genuine, we are dating from last 4 years. We have photographs, emails, phone records and all other evidence to prove our relationship. We are officially getting married in March with both are families present. We will have marriage certificates and wedding pictures then.
