thank you for the reply, I just discover this forum and honestly helping to ease my nerve and confusion!!!
we have the kids birth certificates showing he’s the dad, my health benefits form work showing he’s been using the dental/vision care, beneficiary of my life insurance policy, pictures through out the years etc…hopefully that is sufficient
Thanks again
To orient you: download the checklist document with the application package. The checklist is the main document to orient you and define what you need. Read through that carefully - what it asks for specifically depends on your situation, that's the part you need to pay attention to and understand.

Please read the application instructions carefully - if you live together, you may not need to provide this at all.

There is a simplified instructions/proof set for those that have lived together a certain period, not been married before current, and have kids. This may apply to you too.
Hi

Can you suggest a link where I can find "simplified instructions/proof". I and my spouse ( who is a Canadian Citizen) are married for 33 years and we have a child together who is now 28 years old. My Canadian Citizen wife is now living with me outside of Canada. So what communication documents we have to submit?
