In some cases they will extend your medical, and in most cases specially if you are Pakistani resident, they will ask for remedical if you application hasn't been processed completely.

It's a waiting game. If they need any documents or want you to do re-medical, they will contact you themselves.

but its been 5 months they are not contacting me for anything and now the medical is going to expire they should atleast reply

The processing time for pakistan is 36 months and mine 34 already they should not atleast let those parents wait who are having a baby

Oh I am sorry! Is your case in Pakistan? Have you ordered gcms notes?

A few items: first, the stated times are for 80% of cases processed in the past year, so the times may be different now, and one in five people had times longer than the posted guidelines.

Second, giving preference to new parents means making everyone else wait longer. Should a parent with a 3-year old wait differently than a parent with a 6-year old, 12-year old or a 17-year old? Should there be a benefit to getting pregnant when separated? I feel your heartache, but the result would be more new parents separated from their families as people try to game the system and get a short-cut.

Third, you can try contacting them by email requesting a medical extension at:
