I applied for my husband’s sponsorship and received file number in March 2019. Later in October received an email asking about details related to my husband’s DUI offence from Australia from 2012. Some dues were left we paid those in October 2019 and gave all the details to cic. We did some research and than realized dui offence is criminal offence. Now I know that he is not yet eligible for self rehabilitation but the file has not been rejected. It's been more than 24 months but we are not getting any replies. Any suggestions what should we do because we are breaking apart financially and mentally.
