Spouse Sponsorship (inland) - what's next?

Hi everybody.

About a week ago we submitted an inland spouse application (for my wife). I am just wondering about how soon we will hear something regarding the application. I am referring to any kind of communication even if it is to tell us that we are missing something. I basically want to have an idea what to expect next. Obviously, i would prefer that we have submitted a complete application, but you just can't be sure.
