Spouse Sponsorship: Got an email asked to submit Schedule A + Medical Checkup

I'm sponsoring my wife (I live outside Canada with her in Taiwan). So I applied to sponsor her under family class: spouse.

We got an email from CIC that we need to resubmit Schedule A (clear up a mix up date) and also do medical check up. A few days later, I got another email saying the following:

This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your
relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in Hong Kong for further processing.

Visa Office Contact Information

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the
Application for Permanent Residence for your relative, you must email the visa office listed above
directly using the “IRCC Web Form”. This form is found in the “Enquiries” section of the specific visa
office’s link located on this page: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

This is where I am confused. Now that the application has been forwarded to the HK office (from Mississauga), where exactly do I submit the Schedule A (if I need to mail it). The original email from CIC is saying to mail it to Mississauga, but now the latest email is saying that if I need to submit additional information, I must email the visa office in HK? What if I mailing documents?

Any help is appreciated!

Your sponsorship is Outland and since your sponsorship application has been transferred to Hong Kong VO for further processing..........will advice that you send documents, Case Enquiry and any further communication to Hong Kong VO......through IRCC Webform...........except you were asked to upload Schedule A or other documents through your Online Account.

Well if you want to send them through mail, you should send the documents to Hong Kong visa office
