I'm sponsoring my wife (I live outside Canada with her in Taiwan). So I applied to sponsor her under family class: spouse.
We got an email from CIC that we need to resubmit Schedule A (clear up a mix up date) and also do medical check up. A few days later, I got another email saying the following:

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the

This is where I am confused. Now that the application has been forwarded to the HK office (from Mississauga), where exactly do I submit the Schedule A (if I need to mail it). The original email from CIC is saying to mail it to Mississauga, but now the latest email is saying that if I need to submit additional information, I must email the visa office in HK? What if I mailing documents?
Any help is appreciated!
