Spouse Sponsorship for PR Holder living Outside Canada

Hi,

Someone please help me for below question.

Will I be able to sponsor my wife from outside Canada(I'm in India right now for past 1 yr and I have a Canadian PR). What are the ways I can take my wife we me visitor visa or sponsorship ?

PRs must reside in Canada to sponsor.

You can apply for a visitor visa for your wife, but they are often refused.
