Spouse sponsorship fee payment

I am paying for the spouse sponsorship with open work visa at the same time. does anyone know if i can put both payments together on the same payment form that I am $1040 for the application and $150 for the OWP on the same payment and just give a breakdown of what im paying for ??

I think it would/should be ok. I don't think they care how you pay so long as it is paid. All of the money goes to the same place.

I would just attach a note that states your OWP fee is included with your payment and give the total as you stated.
