Phone Calls on regular days for cross checking I have heard about, but Saturday/Sunday?? Are they working overtime?

my bad! it was saturday, i think they are working internally on saturday but not open for public, i think they're working overtime to clear this backlog!!

Actually we both were stunned as well, phone call on 4pm saturday!!! probably an eye opener for everyone on here.
