now that depends on the officer of how much proof he/she thinks is enough...I have seen cases done in 6,7,8 months back in 2008. This whole 16months thing started in 2009

They say quarterly, last update was on Oct 22, 2010. According to that it was supposed to be Jan 22, 2011, but still not updated!
