Does anyone know how long it takes to get AOR2 from Beijing?

APP: Sent October 31, 2013
App. Received by CPC-M November 4, 2013
AOR1 Received : November 30, 2013
SA Received: December 04, 2013
AOR2 Received: December 16, 2013
In Process : March 13, 2014

Medical Done: October 05, 2013

Hong Kong VISA office has put too much resource to deal with the economic immigration category returned, so that this office has way behind schedule working on the family class permanent residence applications. Started from middle of March, they finally are picking up those cases to process.
