Need Help!!!

Please share how long the New Delhi High Commission takes to issue visa to my husband? It has been more than 10 moths since i sponsored him for PR. I am a canadian citizen. He has been requested for passport. However his medical is about to expire next month. And there is yet nothing from the New Delhi High Commission.

Any one there in the similar situation please share and let me know what might be going on ?
