I want to ask in Additional family information form as principal applicant as I understand separate forms are required to submit in case of principal applicant's father ,mother, spouse in section A anno d for brother in section C individually ,right ?
do not have children ,so it will be Not applicable .
Please confirm .
IMM5406 must be included in your sponsorship application package and has these 4 sections.
SECTION A - Principal Applicant (wife), Spouse (Sponsor), Principal Applicant Father and Mother details.
SECTION B - The Principal Applicant Dependant details (if they have any Dependants, otherwise leave BLANK).
SECTION C - Principal Applicant BROTHERS and SISTERS details (not cousins, nephews, nieces).
SECTION D - Date and Signature
The instruction at the top of the IMM5406 form is that "The
Principal Applicant and
all Dependant children 18 years of age or older must
complete their own copy on IMM5406.
If the Principal Applicant has no Dependant children 18 years of age or older, then there will be only one copy dated and signed by the Principal Applicant is required.
If the Principal Applicant has Dependant children who are 18 years of age or older, they must also complete their own copy of IMM5406 and the Dependant children must Fill, Sign and Date their own copy of the form.
The Sponsor is not required to Fill a copy of IMM5406.
The Principal Applicant's Brother, Sisters, Father, Mother should be listed in the Form but they are not required to Fill and Sign IMM5406.
