Im Canadian and I'm going to be getting married in Chile then applying for a spouse sponsership for my husband I've heard the application process takes a long time so after we get married I'm applying for a temporary visa to stay living in chile while the sponser application gets processed then we will both move back together is there any issues with this ? Where would we send the paper work once already in chile ?

You should send the application to Mississauga, no matter where you are living.

The only issue is if immigration considers you to be living exclusively outside Canada in which case, they will require proof that you and your husband will be moving to Canada when he gets his PR.
