I got married to my spouse on jan 2014 in India. he went back after two weeks. I arrived on june 2014 on dependent spouse visa and we got PR on oct 2014. I delivered my baby on july 2015. I went back to India as he said we have to shoe our baby to family. He joined me on nov 2015.He asked me to stay for a while in India and I will take you back and he left for Canada on april 2016. He later came to India on feb 2017 and filed for divorce and went back and again he came back on oct 2017 for litigation purpose. he will return back on dec 2017. I want to come back to Canada because i have no life here and my kid is a canadian citizen too. what legal aid I can get in Canada? what immediate steo should I take now?
