Spouse Red Seal/CoQ count as education on my Express Entry app?

Hey All!

My spouse has a certificate of Qualification/Canadian Red Seal, does it count as education on my express entry CEC application?

11) What is the highest level of education for which your spouse or common-law partner's has:

• earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate; or
• had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)? (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)

It's a canadian certificate? Should it count as one year-three years education?
Anyone have any experience pleaseeee & thank you greatly!

No, that is not "education." (refers to college/university degrees/diplomas/certificates).
