Spouse PR with applicant under process.

My friend he got married after submission his Pr application and after then he got his file number but he did not mention yet his married. Now he wants to add his spouse application with under process his application.

How they can get PR together ?

Ask your friend to fill web form online and let VISA office know that he is married.

Visa office will send instructions for how to add wife on application....
