Hi all,

I am new to this forum.

My husband is a Canada PR.

We are going to submit my PR application to CIC Missisauga by next weekend. I have tried for TRV thrice from India (VFS Bangalore) but got rejected. Do this might b having any impact on my PR application?

Please let me know what are the stages of processing my application after submission at CIC missisauga?

Hi Nikhitha, You need not worry about TRV refusal. They wont impact the application processing, Just give the explanation detailing why it was rejected.

Agree with above. Make sure that you declare your all three TRV refusals by answering question 6 (d) on form IMM5669 as Yes and explaining in the space below.

Might have a small impact as it's quite a large # of refusals, but its not a big deal

We are going to file the spouse PR application by this thursday after a long struggle with huge documentation. These 2 days we are checking thoroughly the all documents before submission.

I heard that, CIC Mississauga is really doing fast in processing application. Is it true?
