Spouse owp rejected but have an ita dono what to do

Hi all I am in the same category my wife's work permit got rejected twice now I have my ITA the rejection was lack of relationship proof for both the times. Can you please guide me what should I do now for my ITA.

Could you please tell us your status in Canada, quote the exact reason for refusal, as well as list whatever documents you provided to support your application (e.g., marriage certificate?)

You can fill and submit your PR application regardless of what happened to your spouse WP application. However I am a bit concern that the issue with your spouse WP might also happen with your PR application if it is due to lack of evidence of your marital status.

My status is I have my pgwp until June 2019 and I submitted marriage certificate sponsorship letter from my father , lots of pictures together whatsapp Facebook photos chats mails bank statement affidavit from two of relatives attending the marriage. The reason was stated that my wife has not provided evidences of spousal realtionship. Please help me with my ita

It sounds like you only have a marriage certificate and personal testimony. Not clear about the bank statement - is it a joint account belonging to you and your wife? You need other verifiable documentation, like joint ownership of property, lease, bank account, or legal documents like a will that have both your names on it.

Does not matter whether she is here or there. What matters is whether you will be able to provide the required documents. You have not indicated whether you have any or not. You can certainly proceed with the ITA, but it will likely be refused if you cannot provide those documents. So try to work that out.

I have my marriage certificate lots of photos affidavit from two of our relatives who attended the marriage chat history call history and now I have opened a joint account with her can you please elaborate on what other documents I need thank you

Do you have any kind of insurance in Canada? If yes, add her name as a beneficiary.

Do you have any mail sent to the same address where she lives?

Do either of you own any property where the other can be shown as co-owner?

Have you filed an income tax return with the CRA showing your status as married, and naming your spouse?

M also in same situation. My spouse opw got rejected twice. First reason was that my study permit was less than 6 months and second was that my income is less to support him although we showed lots of funds that time.

I am applying for express entry now with same job. Will these rejections matter in this too?
