Hi, my wife and I are from a visa exempt country. My study permit was approved and I have my LOI. , however her open work permit has not been approved as yet. In the event that it isn't approved by the time we are ready to travel, can we still go ahead with travel? Will there be any issues entering Canada with it still being processed?
