Spouse open work permit

I applied for my wife's Sowp on 6th April 2023 then the review started and on 2 May medical biometrics upfront till now no update so we revoked the Gc key.
And re-applied on 14 July 2023 now we got a message today on the old file that there is a new message on your file. We cannot open the gc key because we revoked.
Please help me I am confused.

After you login in your Gckey, at the bottom of your existing application, there is an option "Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online. "

Just follow the procedure and provide some information. I hope you will be able to link and see your application. All the best

I tried to link the account and was unable to link it, is there any other way to link the application?

There were updates to your old application perhaps

Makes no sense to revoke it that quick. You should have ideally waited.

Now wait for this to get a decision

there was no update till July 10 so we revoked the file it already passed the processing time we applied on 6 th April 2023
