I applied on 2nd Feb, 21...Got refusal on 22nd March. With reason stated, I'll not leave canada after completion of visa period. Not having enough asset and funds.

Can anyone help?

My husband submitted the below documents for SoWP

Proof of Fund- Savings, PF, Pay slips, ITR, he didnt upload CA..but uploading it is good

Proof of Relation- Photos, chats, emails, marriage certfcte

Experience certfcts and degree ecrtfcts to prove that he will be able to get to a job of NOC Category A.

Client information that contains an SOP and attached all the other documents to this

Enrolment letter
Semester 1 marks to prove am already enrolled as a student

Chat and emails not required if: - provided
A. Married Certificate
B. Both passport has same address and spouses name appearing in the passport
C. Few marriage pics.

Students Enrollment letter plays an important role and also may need a letter from college/ university that the student is currently an active full time student and the couse load (transcript should show enrolled for minimum 9 hours per semister. Although there are exceptional cases of full time studies where the course load may be less than 9 hours per semister which need to be exclusively mentioned on a college/university letter head and confirmed by the registrar.)
