Hi,
I am on study permit and my study will complete in May 2021 and my visa will expire in September 2021
My husband got refusal under subsection 200(1),as they said he will not leave Canada based of purpose of his visit.Now what should we have to do.

If you want to reapply, then you need to provide stronger evidence of your husband's ties to his home country.
 
Do we need to apply caps notes

It's really your choice. The notes will give you more information about why the application was refused.

What kind of timelines you want.he applied his online application on9 July and got refusals on September 23 without any biometric and medical
 
Dun worry 1 or 2 rejection is very common for spousal permits. Did you attach your tax documents and bank documents as well as marriage proofs??
 
fd is not liquid so officer doesnt consider them easily, and 50000 is way to less for stay . Just calculate with just 50000 how can you manage travel and living provided you dont have any pre approved job offer
 
fd is for support it cannot be your primary proof of fund, liquidate your fd , provide 1 year stable bank statements and 2 yrs of tax returns
