Before 5 months me and my wife applied for PR and we have a file number.My wife is out of Canada so .. My question is if she can apply for open work permit?

If you have a open work permit currently then she can apply for a open work permit too. Current processing time it says 10 weeks but is taking around 3 months.

if you have a file number, you are eligible to apply for spouse open work permit
