Would you mind telling the timeline for online spouse open work permit? Medical Status: passed.

This timeline is not in the CIC website.

I am hoping for a positive reply from CIC.

My medical status changed to "passed" on 22nd Aug... I havent received any update from there on... even i am waiting for an update.. there is no fixed time line....

Yes it is online application with pre-medical, applied on 20th Aug... I have mailed them yesterday seeking further update on my application, hope they will reply...

Hey guys!

Can you please throw some more light on your spouse details? Like, if he/she is a student or is on work permit.

I heard the OWP application submitted by a spouse of a student gets processed relatively quicker than the others - not sure how true it is though! Any thoughts on this?

Just trying to get more useful info!

I dont think so or i might be the unlucky one..... Coz my wife is a student and i am waiting for my OWP from past 2.5 months...!
