Hi,
I am from india and i just got married and i would like to go canada on spouse dependent visa, and she is working as a LPN ON WORK PERMIT. Can you pls tell me how can i apply online and how long the process may take to reach canada

you can apply for spousal open work permit in delhi embassy through VFS global consultancy. if u r spouse is working as LPN th job will come under skilled category and u can also apply. processing time is normally 2-3 months.

Online applications take more time compaired to paper submissions, I learned.
Try applying it through vfs office.

Can i cancel online application and resubmit paper application

i am not very much aware about cancelling online application. through paper application you need to submit the folowing documents.
from your side...
6 months bank statemnt not less than 4 laks in u r account.
paper from chartered accountant showing your financial assets in india.
you or your fathers propery document copy and its english translation with notary attestted.
yours fathers affidavit showing that you have share on that property.
all your certificates copy from 10 the to highest level.
your current emplyment letter if u have.
from your spouse side....
his/her s bank statement not less than 3000 dollars in the account
her employer reference letter with salary and hours mensioned .
last 4 pay slips
her work permit, visa, passport copy , certificates is she studied there
etc. if u have any doubts ask me

Can I ask for your advice?

I would also like to ask since my TRV app has been refused a month ago & I am now planning to join my Spouse who has a Foreign Worker status & I am considering to apply under the OWP Program. "Is there a proper time frame when to submit an OWP application after a TRV has been refused? or does it matter when?
