I am applying for an open work permit for my spouse and she needs to get her medicals done. For last year's work permit she did her medicals on November 6, 2012. My questions is can she use those medicals if I apply on November 18th. 2013. Ideally she cannot because it is more than one year but please let me know your suggestions. Thanks!!
