I am currently employed as a Cook(Skill B) and on a valid Post graduate Work Permit until July 2015. I am getting Married this month and before the traditional wedding I am doing a registered court marriage to file my wife's documents as an SOWP from New Delhi. What all documents are needed to make the case strong? How much funds should we show.. both CAD and INR. And how much time its taking these days for processing??
I shall be preparing the file with these documents
1) IMM1295 form
2) A copy of my work permit(I am having a PGWP which is good until 2015 July)
3) My offer letter, Pay Stub
4) Marriage certificate
5) Mine & my wife's Bank Statement ( What would be a good amount ?)
6) My spouse's work experience , Educational qualification, Pay stubs
Experts please suggest any other documents required for the visa filing.
