Spouse open work permit Validity when primary applicant not in canada

Hi,

I have Spouse open work permit till dec 2014.

If my husband goes back to india,Can I still live in canada and continue to work? Is is possible?

Will my work permit be still valid even though my husband is not in canada?

Hi Swarnalatha,
You can work until ur work permit expires regarless of ur husband.
