Spouse Open work permit renewal process/ SWOP EXTENSION help required

I have received m POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT. now I need to apply for my spouse's open work permit renewal.
I have applied for his open work permit through agent. This time I want to do it on my own.
need suggestion - is there any chances of rejection on renewal ? What documents required to attach. I am working in NOC B.

the form requires his 10 years work experience details. there is few months GAP in work. What i need to add for those months. and also for few months of work he work with hotel where he didn't received any documents so without documents can we add this experience or its not required ?
