Hi, I was on an open work permit, and my application for a spousal open work permit extension was recently refused (on February 10, 2025). I had submitted the application in October 2024. Has anyone had a similar experience, and are there any trackers to get status updates on re-applications?

When did SOWP expire? Spouse has stopped working if it has. What did you show that you had a job? When does WP expire?
So is spouse on PGWP or study permit? Did spouse show job letter with payslips? IRCC processing times are very long at over 200 days.

According to her employment letter, it is a regular part-time position, but she is consistently working more than 30 hours per week. We have submitted all the supporting documents with the application, including the employment letter, job description, bank statements, and two consecutive pay stubs. Do you think this is sufficient?

You will have to wait and see. PSW is a different NOC (44101) so as long as the job responsibilities match 33102 then you should be approved. However as mentioned processing is over 200 days right now.
