I have applied for SOWP and i got a medical request with form IMM 1017E for taking up the medical. Now i have completed the medical check and that form was filled up the hospital and asked me to keep it as reference. My query is whether we should upload this reference form to our profile or it will be automatically linked by the hospital emedical upload and please suggest how many days it can take for medical results to be updated in my Profile and to get the final decision..
