Spouse Open work permit- Median wage mandatory

Hello,
I am a PGWP holder and currently working as a logistics Co-ordinator in. transport company . I just work 30
hours (Full Time) at $18 per hour. I have job letter from Employee and all the pay Stubs. Now I have applied for OWP for my spouse in India. $18 is near the median wage. I have a question is my case strong. I have all evidences os marriages with proofs. But this median wage rate& working 30 hours will cause problem in getting OWP for my spouse?
Please advise.

Working 30 hours is not really a typical amount and you seem to have been attempting to be paid the median amount this raises some red flags as to whether this is an authentic job or some form of arrangement with the employer is involved.
