I already got my skilled noc b work permit and I'm planning to apply my husband for an open work permit. He is also here in canada with a work permit expiring on may. We wanted to apply the open work permit before his permit expires. I'm not too sure how to answer the form whether I should tick permit for new employer since the extend your status form doesn't have an open work permit option. Also, what are the important documents I needed to include in the application? Hope you will be able to answer my questions. Thank you.
