I just want to know that what is the processing time? Because i am still waiting for my spouse medical?

So many documnets i submitted. I am on pGWP and i applied in December and now its month. What about yours?

Yes, I applied for my spouse open work permit on Aug 19, 2014, received medical request on Dec 1, 2014 and received passport request in Jan 08, 2015.

I applied for my wife in November, 2013. She got visa in 1st week of Jan 2014.
Then I helped a friend of mine to visa for his spouse in Jan 2015. He got it in one and a half month.

I submit my spouse passport my work permit my job letter salary slip bank statement my graduation degree and transcript. That's it

Whats the normal processing time and maximum processing time? Your input will be of great value. I applied on paper.

Emailed several times but received same response every time that application is in process? Whats the best way to correspond and know the status of application?
