Hi All,

Well, my situation is quite complicated, but I am sure that I am not the only one who faced this kind of problems before. I have been graduated from a Canadian university in June 2017 and I have study and co-op permits expire on March 31, 2018. My spouse has an open work permit and a visitor visa which will expire on August 30, 2017. I have applied for a post-graduate work permit on June 10th and I started to work in a company in early July 2017. I was planning to apply for an extension for my wife after getting my PGWP. However, the processing time takes way way more than it was before, and I am expecting to get it in late August/early September 2017. Right now, can I apply for a SOWP given that I can get an employment letter stating my job duties (Category A) and pay stubs? or should I wait until getting the PGWP and then apply? but in this case, my spouse visa will be expired. Or, can I use my study permit to extend her visa. Please advise, I am really exhausted and confused from this process.
