Spouse open Work permit application

Hi,
I am currently on a 3yr Open work permit(came here as a Student) and working Full-time (enterprise software sales).

My wife is in India and I want to apply for her work permit.
Wanted to know the process and required documents.
Should I bring her here on Tourist and then apply?

Would appreciate any suggestions on how to approach.

She can apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit if you are working in a NOC 0,A,B job. She would apply from India for a TRV (visa) and SOWP together.

Read up on SOWP and understand the requirements. Plenty of threads on this forum + lots of information if you search the internet.

SOWP's aren't guaranteed, but if you have graduated from a good college here and have a good job, getting one shouldn't be too hard.
