Spouse Name Mismatch: Urgent Help Required

Hi All,

This is my first post in this forum. I have the following two queries. It would be great if anybody can help me out:

#1) I have a situation in which my spouse last name is different in her passport and in the marriage certificate. She is the secondary application in EE profile. Will it create any issues during my Express Entry application? If not then how to support this scenario?

#2) Secondly, which name should I use for my spouse in my EE application. Her old name as it appears in her passport or her new name which is indicated in the marriage certificate?

A notarized self declaration saying the person with previous name and the current name is one and the same.
I know I've used it for assessing educational credentials, and same will be required by IRCC when they see my case.

One query here. That shall I create EE profile of my spouse using her old name itself as it is mentioned in passport?

Use current information.
All previous names will be covered in affidavit, pinpointing to current name.
