Spouse name in EE application doesn't match with her name in my passport

Hello. I have received ITA last week. Now after ITA I realized I wrote wrong name in my spouse details. I am a primary applicant. On my passport my spouse name is "Shraddha Aakash Shah" and I submit her name in profile as "Shraddha Priteshkumar Shah" ....

My wife, she has all her documents on her submitted name which is "Shraddha priteshkumar Shah"

So I am confused ? What I have to do ? CAN anybody please help ? Thank you in advance.
