I am new to this forum. It would be great of you can guide me.
I am the primary applicant of EE profile and my spouse is also included in my EE profile. I am yet to receive an ITA.
My question is that on marriage certificate my spouse's new name is mentioned but on all her documents, like bank statements, passport, salary slips, she is having her previous name i.e before marriage name.
Will it be accepted by IRCC? Do i need to change her name in the passport ans apply for a name change in passport and keep name in all other places as previous one?
Do we need to change her name at every other place like passport, bank account or will name change in passport can only suffice?
How should I proceed. Please guide. Request inputs.
