My spouse used my surname as a middle name on our Indian marriage registration certificate.
The format is like <Her first name> <My surname> <Her last name>. But in her passport, Aadhar card, voter card and PAN card, she still uses her old name.
Would that create any issue if I use her old name (original name in the passport) for the sponsor PR application? OR I have to submit any affidavit document to IRCC for that.
Is this required to change her name on the marriage certificate before submitting her application? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
