Could anyone helps?
My friend filled a spouse sponsorship application outside of Canada to sponsor his spouse. He had a trip back to his country to visit his wife several months ago, and his wife is pregnant right now. However, the spouse sponsorship application is still in process. Should he inform CIC that his wife is pregnant? Could anyone please give some advices? Any help would be appreciated.

His choice whether he inform CIC. It won't speed up the processing of the application.
