If I am principal applicant for express entry CEC and my work visa is expiring and my husband is also on an open work permit based upon my skill level job and if I apply for bridge open work permit and in the mean time while I am waiting for my BOWP I will get implied status so that I can keep working and will my husband also get implied status due to me as I am still in skill level job. Do he need to apply separately or will I mention him in my file. Can anyone please help. Thank you

No, your spouse will not have implied status.

Your spouse needs to apply to extend their open work permit separately.

That means when I apply for my BOWP then my husband also need to apply for his BOWP separately.
