Spouse Has PR- Applying own EE profile

Dear members,
My Husband has PR and stays in Canada. I am applying my own PR application .

Should I mention my spouse as accompanying in the application ? He is already in Canada so wanted clarity.

Thanks, Do I need to submit his PCC? I see a checklist after entering all details and it shows his pcc as well. I do not understand why his PCC is required? Should I just upload his PR card and LOE

Thanks, and one more thing. After doing his landing and getting his PR card he moved to India this year, So technically he is not in Canada for now. He will be moving in October as he has got a job offer.

I was sure to submit his PR card until I saw the checklist. Strange thing is that system is just asking me for his PCC and not medicals

By the way, have you seen anyone in same situation who have got their PR?
