spouse Graduation ??? need help i am in 120 days time

hi to all
my wife did graduation from (Guru nanak dev university ) Amritsar,Punjab, india she did not went to any college or university ,but gave exam in university with same time period .... same studies ..and same sylabus will i be given any point for adaptability .i am in 120 days period
i went to a cunsultant he said no u will not get any point (but earlier when i went to him he said u will be given points )i dont know that why he is saying this today ,,,,it might be that i applied by my own i am blank plz help

private Education does not not as far as its ur Last Degree,but if ur LAst degree is on regular basis and past education was Private then u will get Points and it will count

actually it is eligible for points if it is accredited by country of issue.

A distance learning credential is eligible for points as long as it meets the definition of a credential
as outlined in R73. If the credential is not described in terms of number of years duration (i.e.,
three-year bachelor’s degree), officers should apply the definition of full-time equivalent study and
knowledge that the visa office has acquired on local education institutions and credentials.

“Educational credential” is defined in R73 as any diploma, degree or trade or apprenticeship
credential issued on the completion of a program of study or training at an educational or
training institution recognized by the authorities responsible for registering, accrediting,
supervising and regulating such institutions in the country of issue.

“Full-time” is defined in R78(1) as requiring at least 15 hours of instruction per week during
the academic year, including any period of training in the workplace that forms part of the
course of instruction.

i am the principal applicant and i have done my masters degree full time
will that be any help but my wife she has done graduation from same university but she did not went to attend classes .she only went their to give exam

See my comments in your other post.

My Wife did backelor's degree and masters from same university, Bacjelor's regular in College, and Masters through some recognised Institute of same university. Now as We have all documents in once place I see no difference in Degree certificate and marksheets except missing photo on masters marksheets.

Are these equivalent, as i dind'r get any document from universiry saying masters is equivalent to regular study. also i mentioed the name of same institution for masters degree in her educational background.

is this correct?

My wife also did her Bacjelor's and Masters Degrees from GNDU Amritsar, we have the seal transcripts for both, I didn't ask them if the Masters degree is valid for points as she appeared in the exams privatly, i assume as long as the Degree is from a recognised University it should be fine.

I am also collecting documnts for full application to CHC SINGAPORE.

My wife went to the Universiry and requested for the Transcripts in the Sealed Envelop with normal procedures for "persons living outside INDIA" as we are living in SINGAPORE and we are applying from CHC SINGAPORE.

Fee is for more "persons living outside INDIA"

What is your NOC Code? My NOC Code is 0213.

I think there is nothing much to do here, it should be fine if you have some buffer in your points. You can use Point Calculator on CIC webiste for same.

Dear Sharmaji... Dont worry about this issue. My wife also did her B.Com through correspondence from Delhi University and we get the full points for her education. You will also surely get. Best of Luck
