Does it make any difference if I declare my spouse's work experience under Work History in EE profile or not?. It's only 11 months and anyways I am not getting point for that. Is it possible CIC will ask for reference letter even though it's not adding any points.?

Or is it better not to declare right now and include in personal history. ? I declared that intially this year when I applied for spouse's dependent work permit. I just want to keep it consistent and not want raise any flags with my application.

Her foreign work experience adds no value to your application - Only Canadian work experience/education/language adds points to your CRS. Add it to the personal history section and you won't be required to provide any proof of employment.
