my wife is a schizophrenia (Mental) patient, I married her last year 2017 in bangladesh, my wife is a Canadian citizen, I live in Bangladesh & I m bangladeshi, my father in law gave me commitment that they will take me in Canada after marry. They applied in immigration office as spouse sponsor visa in Canada, January 2018 but now in March 2018 my mental patient wife saying she want divorce & her father telling they can't take me in Canada cause his mental patient daughter don't want continue this marriage relation.

This is totally cheat and in-justice with me, they saying their mental patient daughter don't like me now, They do an experiment that after marriage their mental patient daughter become ok or not.

Please inform me how can i get justice now, they already submitted all papers, spouse sponsorship evidence in immigration office in Canada that means now they can't disagree that their daughter marry me, I also have all evidence that their daughter marry me.

Can i give a complain in canadian high commision in bangladesh?.....Can i get some support from canadian divorce law?....What is the rule of canadian divorce law...what i will get if my mental patient wife give me divorce?......I already expended a ot of money in this marry....Can i get some financial support from my mental patient wife if she finally divorce me??????

Referring to your wife as "mental patient daughter" and "mental patient wife" is disgusting.

To answer your questions, no, you most certainly can't complain to the Canadian High Commission that she doesn't want to sponsor you. She is completely within her rights to withdraw the sponsorship app. There is no "justice" for you to get. You aren't likely to get anything out of a divorce.

Why not immgrate on your own like in express entry. Seems like you were going to use her and she came to her sense and why insult her like that plus they will laugh at you too

Sorry for the turn of events.....i know its very disappointing but it happens.......stop referring to your ex-wife negatively.........you have to straighten things out with her OR quietly move ON........there is more to life.......desist from any violence and be cool.

You shouldn't complain about her condition, because you knew before marrying her.....your marriage has reg flag.

You can't complain at the Canadian High Commission in Bangladesh because you are not a Canadian Citizen and the Canadian embassy can't stop a divorce.

You can't also get any support from Canadian divorce law.......i guess same too in Bangladesh, as the Bangladesh govt. can't stop your wife from seeking divorce.

Unfortunately when you try to commit immigration fraud often times it doesn't work out. Complaining to the government that you agreed to marry someone because there was a guarantee of immigration would be admitting that you were intending to commit a crime.
