I have one spouse and three children. I dont want to accompany them for immigration.
Will I have to submit the application fees for my spouse and three children?

Secondly my spouse is MSc Statistics so there are 4 points for her degree. Will I be able to claim those points without submitting my family fee and not accompanying my family?

If you do not include them in application you do not pay processing fees

I think that you do not get points for the spouse if she is not part of application, lets wait for others reply on this question

I agree with Ankit..if you dont include your spouse you cant claim any points...if you manage to get 67 points without spouse qualification you are good to go but if not you have to include in your application along with fees....

You can pay only fees for principal applicant $550 to start process

but you have to provide all the details about all of your family members whether they are accompany with
you or not.
They all require medical examination on last stage.

You can pay application fees for your spouse and other family member at the time of sending full documents or at the time of medical or passport request.

NO
You will not get any point for your spouse education category If you do not pay Spouse application Fees.

If you have not taken IELTS, are not sure about IELTS point, you can pay Spouse fee at the time of sending full documents later and you can claim IELTS and Spouse points on later stage.

You can get 5 Points if your wife has Master Degree and 17 years of Education completed.
